Distribution Transformer Management System

The DTMS (Distribution Transformer Management System) is one such innovative product the use of which empowers utilities as mentioned below:

• Circuit wise the load monitoring and details can be maintained.
• All the breakdowns are recorded and maintained.
• All the breakdowns are informed to the field staff by SMS.
• Circuit wise Energy delivery can be maintained and subsequently Energy Audit circuit wise can be conducted

Features:

1. High speed Microprocessor based System.
2. Main Program Memory of 64 KB and Data Memory of 4MB to store about 40 days captured data at 30 min interval or 20 days data at 15 min. interval.
3. Display LCD panel with 4-line and 20 characters per line with back light.
4. Real time Clock with a 20 year calendar and Internal rechargeable back up.
5. Battery with 10 years life. Accuracy of energy measurement 0.5 class i.e. as per IS 14697:1999 standards.

Communication

serial port (RS232C) with suitable cables to connect to MRI/Hand Held Device/Lap Top computer, or with GSM Modem for remote interface. The entries are loaded with keypad, HHT locally and remotely through GSM Modem.

Output

Potential free contacts with facility to connect up to 4 feeders. Flashing displays and Hooter output for various status indications like overloading etc. for local Man-machine interface. One Hand Held device for about 10 DTMS provided to operate, maintain the system and to locally download the data. The accuracy and features of metering will be compatible with a standard electronic Trivector meter of class 0.5 as per IS 14697:1999 standards. CTs will be provided with a box enclosure.
