Any Time Student Info is an Electronic I.D Card developed by Xiphias, to help the parents to access their child information at any instant whether they live in remote or local areas, with a package of software for school/college management.

How?

If parents live in remote/distant place then there is no need to come school premises to get the information of their child, instead they can use A.T.S.I through which they can get all the information within a minute just they have browse school site where they will make use of A.T.S.I, which is having a barcode embedded of it to login and to get the information, and even through telephone line.

INTRODUCTION

We from Xiphias Software technologies Pvt ltd have developed software which has two different phase of working where we have taken care right from student, parent and the most important the school management.

The basic concept of our entire software is:-

1. Stand alone application.
2. Web based application (ONLINE ATSI).

Through our software we have taken care for all the Parents who even don't have knowledge of computer and internet. The advantage of this software is that even the parents can get there child details when he visits the school campus and take the printout as per requirement and even on Landline Phone or through SMS since our software will be also installed in school computer system which will provide both Online and Standalone Details like:-

3. TRANSPORT (BUSES DETAIL):- this section include route details like bus number/name, bus route, bus fare, pickup time ,drop time and even which student is using which bus for any particular route.
4. LIBRARY DETAILS:- this section include book details which has been issued by the student .
5. FEES DETAILS:- in this section we have kept the option where each and every student fees details will be update regularly and date base will be maintained for ever which will be available even on the website.
6. DOWN LOAD OPTION:- With the help of this option student can download sample question papers, syllabus, time table and application forms and etc.
7. TIME TABLE SOFTWARE FOR SCHOOL:- This is an individual latest software will help the faculty member to create the time table for the particular class by just entering the teachers details and subject taken by them.
8. BELL RINGING SOFTWARE (h):- A software through which school will have automated bill ringing facility by providing the time slot.*
9. CO-CURRICULAR ACTIVITIES:- In this section we are also keeping database for students extra co-curricular activities like Yoga, Karate and etc.

1. During Student enrollment he will be provided with a login and Password which can be used to access online Information on web.
2. Parents will be having a Registration form where they have to fill it to get login and password so that they can access online to get their son/daughter Information.
3. Admin Will Provide Teachers login and password so that they can access information online.
