This module provides comprehensive collections control. Through this the administrator can place the order for the various Items to be Purchased for the Library such as Books, CD's, Newspaper, Magazines etc.Once the Item is received, its Invoice entry is also done through this module.

Barcode generationThis helps the librarian/user to create Bar Codes for books available with the library according to the Book ID .This will be used for processing of issue and borrow of books in the library.
Dynamic searchThis module helps to dynamically Search for information related to items such as: - Books, Journals, Newspapers and Magazines, CD, DVD etc.
Book DetailsHere the librarian/user can add, view, update and delete the details of various books in the Library. Information such as author, title, published date, publisher, ISBN, etc."Book" is a general term that can mean a book, newspaper, magazine, etc.
Student/Staff DetailsHere the librarian/user can add, view, update and delete the details of the students/staff who take books from the library. Information such as name, id, address, department, phone no, city, state, country etc are maintained in this module.
Vendor DetailsHere the librarian/user can add, view, update and delete the details of the vendors who supply books to the library. Information such as vendor name, address, phone no, city, state, country etc are maintained in this module.
Stock CheckHere the librarian/user can search for the books available with the stock according to
Title - According to the starting letter of the names of the Books in the library.
Publisher - According to the starting letter of the Publisher names of the Books in the library.
Author - According to the starting letter of the Author names of the Books in the library.
The Web Search option gives the Librarian the ability to search for books online provided he/she has an internet connection.
This will help the librarian record issue and borrowing of books from the library to students and staffs within the institution. Here the calculation of fines can be done to help the user find out who has not returned books after due date and calculate appropriate fine.
Fine CalculationsThe librarian may collect fines and penalties as per library policy. He may wave off any dues as per the policies of the management. Automatic fine calculation is done by the software between two particular dates. This is time saving and reduces manual errors.
BillingThis will help the librarian record and print bills of the books bought from vendors. Store the details of all invoices up to date, which can be used for future analysis.
ProcurementThis will help the librarian record the details of the books that are not present in the library and need to procure/brought by request from students or staff personnel.

This will help the librarian record the details of the stock of books and the vendors from which they have been bought from.
LoansThis module helps to store information on books that currently are, or have been, on loan, new books for loans, calculation of fines for books which has not been returned before the due date.

This module helps to print the information in your collection about one or more books, or a list of your entire collection, using the Print function. This helps to print various kinds of reports which can be for monthly, weekly or yearly.
